What I think is a GOOD COMMENT?!

A good comment... Hmm.... I guess a good comment would have the following:

1. No bullying in comments
2. No spamming in comments
3. Don't put: SEND ME THIS AND I WILL SEND YOU THAT because your a scammer then.
4. Don't winge. So if you entered one of my giveaways don't put: Oh I'll never get it!
5. Don't moan if you don't get the prizes in my giveaways
6. If you put your password on my blog, I will take it off as soon as I read them and find out it is REAL.
7. No inappropriate behavior which includes swearing and others
8. Don't ask people for they're birthday or they're age or they're phone number etc because that's personal information,
9. Don't ask people to buddy you or send you a message just for one of they're items.
10. Don't scream at people for any reason, for if I see a BAD comment it is OFF my blog!

What I expect a BAD comment's features to have:

1.  Spamming
2. Scamming
3. Bullying
4. Inappropriate behavior 
5. Moaning
6. Winging 
7. Screaming
8. begging
9. comments with passwords in

DONT DO THIS STUFF!!!!
