Finally! I mean, not being rude or anything to members or anything, but today is one of the first non member gift for a couple of weeks or so! It look's OK, but if members could dye it then I think it'll be better because non members can use it still :D So here it is:

Are rare top hat's rarer than nr top hats?

Well, if you say NO, then I think your wrong. Here me out:
For the last couple of weeks, animaljam has been saying on every RARE-ITEM-MONDAYS that it is NEVER coming back! So therefore I think nr top hats are not as rare as RARE TOP HATS. Rare top hats have been told to come out in New Year's parties, or Leap year parties. Hopefully there not for me, because I think there really rare and I have two! Plus someone traded me a ROCKING HORSE for one, WHICH WERE IN THE BETA DAYS!
